What it isn't
It isn't a sales session with an audit label on it. There's no deck, and there's nothing to sign at the end. The summary is genuinely useful on its own, and plenty of businesses take it and act on it themselves.

- Yes. It's a structured 60 to 90 minute conversation about your business. No payment, no commitment, and no obligation to engage further. If I don't think NUDG is the right fit at the end of it, I'll say so and point you at someone who is.
- How do I book the audit?
- Use the short form on this page. It takes about thirty seconds. I reply within one business day, and if it looks like a fit I'll suggest a couple of times that suit.
- What do I need to prepare?
- Nothing. You do not need to have diagnosed the problem first, that part is my job. Come as you are and talk me through what is actually happening.
- What happens after the audit?
- You get a clear written summary of what I found and what I'd suggest, with options and indicative pricing. If you want to go ahead, we scope it properly. If you don't, you keep the summary and we part on good terms.
